Returns & Exchanges

At AYA-S Worldwide, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
